Phoebe was born and raised in Rhode Island and attended college at The George Washington University in Washington D.C., graduating with a B.A. in history and a minor in international affairs. As a Global Bachelor’s Program scholar, she studied semesters abroad in Santiago, Chile; Florence, Italy; and Seoul, South Korea.
During her college years, Phoebe worked breaks at home as a fine gardener. In the final summer before graduating, however, she took on a position as a legal assistant for a Rhode Island estate planning firm.
As an aspiring law student, Phoebe has chosen to settle in Franklin while applying to law schools and preparing to begin her formal legal education. She still loves gardening and traveling whenever possible.
