Aubrey Malchow is a Nashville native who grew up in the suburbs of Nashville until she went to Knoxville to attend the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology with a minor in Business Administration. After working in the food industry and in corporate marketing for several years, Aubrey decided to attend law school and graduated from Nashville School of Law in May of 2022. While in law school and prior to passing the bar, Aubrey worked as a paralegal and legal assistant gaining familiarity in commercial real estate transactions, probate, and family law in Davidson, Williamson, and surrounding counties. At Binkley Borne, she is an associate attorney working with Jessica N. Borne.
Aubrey is passionate about guiding people through the complex legal process, especially when they are dealing with very difficult and life-changing situations that affect their families and children.
Aubrey is a member of the Williamson County Bar Association and volunteers at the Nashville Humane Association. While in undergrad, Aubrey was on the triathlon club team and still continues to enjoy distance running. Aubrey and her husband, a local high school teacher, have a son named Kasper, and a German Shepherd named Cowboy.
